Exploring new development trends, Zhengchang appeared at the 6th International Feed Processing Technology Symposium

Recently, the "Sixth International Feed Processing Technology Seminar and China Feed Production Technology Innovation Summit Forum" sponsored by the Feed Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and strategic cooperation with Zhengchang Grain Machinery was grandly held in Shenzhen, China. The International Feed Processing Technology Symposium has been held since 2016 and has been successfully held for five sessions. It has become the largest, highest-level, and most influential international professional feed processing technology event in China.

This seminar specially set up a feed production technology innovation summit forum exclusively titled by Zhengchang, sharing the industry’s attention-grabbing digital premixes, feed processing plants and other future smart agriculture-related projects, and discussing the company’s production technology innovation process Discuss the difficult and hot issues encountered in the article. At the meeting, Lv Jianlong, deputy dean of Zhengchang Group Research Institute, shared his recent thoughts with experts, scholars, and entrepreneurs on the theme of "Key Feed Processing Equipment and High-Efficiency Realization of Aquatic Feed Value".

Vice President Lv gave a brief description of the new trend of the pelletizing machine production process of shrimp (fish) feed, and continued to improve the selection of aquatic technology, the modular construction design of the factory, the selection of equipment, and the continuous improvement of installation details. Thoughts and suggestions were put forward.

Deputy Dean Lv said that the 100% sinking capacity increase of sinking feed, the improvement of the degree of self-control and the large-scale expansion are the main directions for the future improvement of the extruder. The improvement of processing quality, increase of production capacity, and reduction of steam consumption and natural gas consumption per ton of feed are resolved. The problem of particle drying moisture uniformity will be an important improvement direction of the dryer. Deputy Dean Lu then demonstrated Zhengchang's special equipment for aquatic products, focusing on the innovative achievements of Zhengchang aquatic products' special twin-screw extruder and Zhengchang horizontal dryer in enhancing customer value.

In the final session of the conference, Vice President Lv also participated in the interactive session entitled "Feed Production Technology Innovation Forum: Feed Processing Technology and Intelligent Equipment-Green Innovation". Participants actively asked questions, and the response was very enthusiastic.
